I went to see this with my boyfriend in the theater and though I thought this movie wasn't horrible, I still was not that impressed by it. The special effects were excellent, and both Johnny Depp and Geoffrey Rush were perfect as usual in their performances as Captain Jack Sparrow and Barbossa, everyone else just paled in comparison and seemed rather boring. As for story, I think the plot was kinda weak and didn't compare with the previous three films, I think a way that they could have made it better was remove the romance storyline between Philip and Serena, to me it was just filler and the story would have been at a faster pace had they gotten rid of them. So I have to give this movie a RENTAL, because like I said before, the movie wasn't bad but it wasn't great and is definitely a film that people who love this franchise should check out if they haven't seen it yet, and judge for themselves what they think.

A classic case of LEAVE IT ALONE!!! 

The three originals married and merged into a classic trilogy, generating probably billions through! It could have been remembered so fondly, but now its tainted by this! It was a tangled mess of a film, where the writers clearly thought that throwing more weird story lines and gimics and cliches at it would make it better. They completely misused Ian McShane! He could have been the definition of bloodthirsty. Terrifying and evil, wasting men left right and centre. Instead, he was DAMP!!! And don't get me started on the PATHETIC Phillip and Serena (the pale imitations of Bloom and Knightly)!!!

This film is a RENTAL, purely because of the electric performances of Depp and Rush!!! You can always guarantee those two will be brilliant!!! They are the salvation of this film! Watch them, ignore everything else.

Second:Alright

Third:Best

Fourth:Sucked ass

 

To me that is really how it is, I mean, they really sucked this one up.

I Belive It Was A Good Show. I Understand That The Film Wasent Great, But Atleast I Could Watch and Actually Enjoy It. Really Good Show.

My aunt Yania went to go see The Pirates of the Caribbean 4. She thought that movie was okay but not as good as the first two movies.

My aunt Yania gives The Pirates of the Caribbean 4 On Stranger Tides 3 out of 5 stars. A Matinée!

I thought that The Pirates of the Caribbean 4 On Stranger Tides was a fun non-stop action-packed movie sequel with a lot of funny moments and one-liners.

 

This movie sequel is really a memorable step back in the right direction for this outstanding movie series.

 

I give The Pirates of the Caribbean 4 On Stranger Tides 5 out of 5 stars. Better Than Sex.
