If it's crap ... We'll tell you
Welcome toThe Spill Movie Community
Well, in the end to each their own.
I have said I probably will just give up on the show. The only reason I've given it this long is because the first season is one of my favorite seasons of TV ever and Season 2 did have some decent stuff (as I also said the Q&A episode is amazing).
I mean, look, I get where you're coming from, I do. Is any of the shit on the show likely to happen? Fuck no, not the way it plays out, but is it possible? I'm leaning on the side of yes, Men have lived through multiple major wars, a great deal of insane shit happens in the real world too.
Who cares what it's sold as? Terriers was sold as two gay guys with a dog screwing around, it was a detective show that was far from the advertisements. People didn't tune in enough for it to get renewed even though it was amazing. If the way Homeland has turned out is really this annoying to you, stop watching along with the others who are getting tired of it and maybe it'll die, that's the only sane advice I can give if it's really fucking with you that badly. The terrorist plot from last season did not end, the 12/12 bombings are being investigated in episodes 1/2.
You didn't have to dude, not trying to be a dick but you sound like Korey on BB spoiled, there is no way you can nit pick a show to death while giving it no credit for anything and actually still want to watch it out of enjoyment, least that's how I see it.
Kind of does, look at real life stories from the CIA and other branches of the US government, they aren't the elite genius' you think they are. Compared to all the fucked up psychopaths the CIA has funded or worked with before, Carrie is nothing, and it's not like they fully re-instated her, it was on a limited basis.
What interrogation? Who ever said this was set in the real world? It doesn't need to be plausible, it's a fucking Tv show, but it is still fairly plausible when you look at the massive blunders the smartest parts of the US government have been a part of.
Not to mention that it doesn't make any sense the CIA would've ever kept her around during last season. When she cried during that interrogation? How is any of this supposed to be plausible?
"Like the mentally challenged girl from AHS got old? She should just cut that retardation out right?"
I don't watch that show but this was sold as show about a CIA agent investigating terrorists. Not a documentary about a bi-polar woman. Claire Danes isn't even given any new material to act with. It's the same damn thing every week.
"Yes, all three of the episodes from this season involve a terrorist plot line continued from last season."
The terrorist plot from last season ended. Abu Nazir was killed. In the premiere we had Quinn killing some guys but 2 & 3 didn't have anything to do with terrorists.
"Don't watch it, problem solved."
I did say I was planning on giving up...
Yes the suicide attempt had everything to do with her love interest -_- Why is the writing now bad? Is it? Don't watch it, problem solved. Like the mentally challenged girl from AHS got old? She should just cut that retardation out right? Let's just change entire character personalities at a whim instead of move at a natural pace because you don't understand what bi-polor disorder is?Okay so are you even watching it? Yes, all three of the episodes from this season involve a terrorist plot line continued from last season.
I liked the characters when the show started. Back when the writing was good. Dana dealing with Brody's infamy? All I see is they have another boring love interest for her. Carrie crying every episode is getting fucking old. Is there even a plot this season involving terrorists?
And what exactly have you liked about this season so far? Another boring Dana subplot? Carrie crying and going crazy every episode? That shit is getting old.
