i say dont feel bad because i dont. my GameStop does a real good job which i guess is rare. everyone who works there is really cool, easy to talk to, real gamers, and always help me out, they do midnight releases for all the big games, its a bigger store so more selection, and is the closest place i can go to get my games. my other options are Walmart and Best Buy. BB is too far and they tend to cost the most, have crappy pre-order bonuses, next to no midnight releases, and is the farthest to travel. walmart i think has gotten better but their stock is unreliable. ive gone there a few times to get a new game on day 1 and they dont have it, or only had like 5 copies and sold them all already. they are getting better with the pre-order bonuses and walmart exclusive content. my point is, GameStop can be good. buying games from a store that does business, you know, in games, is a good thing.

Purchasing games new from Game Stop still encourages other questionable practices, such as taking features/extras out of a game for use as retailer exclusive DLC and things like that.

It's best just not to shop there, especially when you can generally get games cheaper from online retailers or mom'n'pop stores.

Gamestop's a fine place to shop if you're paying cash for new games, but they rip you off on trade-ins. Paying attention to their weekly deals, and yes, getting that damn rewards card is the only reason to trade and buy used from them. Price compare the shit out of Gamestop.

The dumb things that come out of your mouth never cease to amaze me Mr. Balcombe.

Fudge em. Same with me, when I can buy new shit, it might be pre-ordered, might not be. Who cares.

I want it to be know that I pre-order for the perk of being able to pay it bit by bit because money burns a hole in my pocket. I felt Guilty when Preorder stuff was announced for Bioshock Infinite I've had that preordered since my birthday.
