...huh... let me rephrase... The fact of the matter is I have seen all of Nolan's films. My opinion on Memento is that it is by far his best film but not an original idea (as the story told backwards had been done before). My opinion on  Inception is that it is a good film but overrated as it borrows from other films (The Matrix, Dark City, The 13th Floor and possibly others). My opinion on The Prestige is that it's not all that good as I like stories to have a clear protagonist). These are my opinions that are neither right nor wrong but which I am entitled to and in no way invalidate or devalue your opinions which are also neither right nor wrong and to which you are also entitled and your opinion is that Insomnia is his best film and that's all well and good.

I've seen every movie Nolan has ever made. I love Memento, Inception, and The Prestige. I have them all on Blu-ray. But Insomnia is my favorite out of the bunch. It's like a point above Inception. So respect my opinion on the subject matter.

Memento is his best film but not an original idea, Inception is good but overrated and takes ideas from similar, better films, but The Prestige isn't really all that good!

I liked that movie too... until I saw the original.
