 Because people ( a lot of the population) love drama, they love the attention they get from it, people asking them what's wrong so they can vent (even on public sites) and people agreeing with them, giving them bullshit 'support' and lining up against the other person (even when they don't really know what's going on- so the postER feels validation. This happens most often when a couple breaks up. At the very least the girl will harp on the X and her family and girlfriends will join in, followed by the guys lining up to try and bang her. So basically people are just immature and love drama. It sure can be funny at times. Hell I just use it as a sign to keep off their page-BUT if they're attractive I'll send them a private message a week or so later; asking if they want to grab a beer. Yeah I'm a dog but it works. Heehee.

@Einrick Quiznos I'd be easier to hate these people if I knew who they were in the first place. There's no names when they put these posts up.

I mean people post things like " why did you break my heart?" or some hateful comment like " We know what you did. Now we're coming after you?" Posts that have nothing to do with us other than the fact that they're in our newsfeed. I realize people like to vent things out, but usually the people they talk about are anonymous in the post, so I end up confused about why it's out there for the world to see when only very few of us would even know who they are referring to.
