I agree with the whole "The Joker killed Bruce Wayne's parents" thing, it helped to give Batman an additional purpose for fighting the Joker. I don't think he would have let the Joker die if he was just terrorising Gotham, as he never usually just lets the villain die; there has to be a really personal reason behind it.
I also really like "Batman Returns", and I agree with your comment about the Penguin. I think that every villain has to have an origin story, a reason for being who they are and doing what they do. I think it would have been less enjoyable if the Penguin had just appeared. Also, I think Christopher Walken is a great actor, and I enjoyed watching him in his villianous role, which just showed that not everybody in Gotham is just an innocent civilian.
Thanks for the compliment of my profile pic. I still think that Heath Ledger was a fantastically pyschotic Joker, but people then forget that Jack Nicholson still did a brilliant job of portraying the humorous maniac that really fitted in with the Tim Burton Batman universe.
Man, Testosteron was a very good movie, especially compared too all this bullshit that came after it. I wouldn't argju about haker if i haven't seen like a couple of dozens of much worse polish movies... At least it had some booobies and BttF references.
Its the fly that just bothers me. I think its the fact that hes toothless and its kind of similar in appearance to the mammy character sanz blackface it kinda rubbed me the wrong way. Dont get me wrong I think its going to be a very cute film its just the fly leaves me asking some questions. Sorry this response was so late i didnt know people posted on my page.
