I feel the money will be well spent since it's Spill Dot Con! This will be my first year, so I'm really hoping to meet new people. If you do end up deciding to go, you should let me know so we could maybe meet!

It's a long drive from Cali. I suggest you go with other people so you can take shifts. I did it towing a car with all of my life possessions in a dually truck...and it took about 27 hours. Of course my dad was crazy and refused to stop for sleep. We took the 10 until we hit Texas..then it's like 4 hours of real travel to get there. Once you hit Texas on the 10 there are a few hours of vast emptiness that is dangerous...so beware you can easily fall asleep on that boring road with no real rest stop for a looooong time.
