Here's a short movie, that pretty much shows korey's vision of the future.
TURBO from Jarrett Lee Conaway on Vimeo.
Don't know if someone already brought this up, but you guys should review Alan Wake's American Nightmare! It's short quick xbla game which is alot of fun, although a bit repetitive. But I'm curious to hear "yous guys" review on it.
Thanks for answering my email! Also I'm with Korey's vision of the gaming future, I don't know how them scientist and engineers can fully immerse a player into a virtual world but if there is a demand they'll build one, won't come cheap though. DARPA seems to be doing something like it with the NATIONAL CYBER RANGE project. LONG LIVE LOADING BAR!!!
Another great episode guys, it's so cool seeing how you five have really come together to create one of the best podcast teams around. I really liked the discussion this week about Kickstarter and the future of games, although I'm not sure if I can really agree with Kevin. I love Kevin on the podcast, and he always proves that he knows what he's talking about, but I don't know if it's that simple to just get a job and raise ten thousand dollars. I have two jobs and I still need help funding my projects and they're way cheaper than ten thousand dollars. But hey, that's just me, as I said, still a great conversation and really think each of you are great members of the show.
Man this was shit back then. This was the game that non gamers started putting a rating system on games that we know today sadley :(
Raising "JUST" 10 grand?! It's not as easy as you think, even with a job. And "going out and getting a job" isn't easy, ESPECIALLY in this economy.
