THE LEAGUE OF EXTREMELY ORDINARY GENTLEMEN: Volume 8, Issue 7: Field Trip

THE LEAGUE OF EXTREMELY ORDINARY GENTLEMEN: Volume 8, Issue 7: Field Trip

While the League Lair is being disassembled and Cyrus hunts for a new base of operations to continue his plan for world domination, Brian steps up to volunteer The Red Keep as a temporary spot for our weekly madness. And look what happened: damn near everybody showed up! Our away-member Nakato appears, Spill fan Brennen gets some time on mic, and even Co-Host shows up. Discussions include the new Dark Knight Rises trailer, Moontower Comedy Fest, the upcoming Harris/Cat nuptials, the Khan/Benedict question, and full-on spoiler-allowed discussions (in the third act only, don't worry) on "The Avengers" and "Cabin in the Woods". Can't miss this one...

i Deff think Ra's Al Ghul is behind the plot , because it deff harkens back to Batman Begins.

Be an adult, get a tatoo and stand by your decision. Don't worry about what other people think. If you were in a car accident and was left with a nasty scar you would have to learn how to roll with that.

I grew up in Des Moines, IA. I would have to say that the state is mostly filled with educated, open minded folks. There's also a hint of Honey badger in us.

I understand not feeling a connection to the characters or being investigated in the outcome of the Avengers but not Cabin in the Woods. Leon not liking it was another inception leon moment for me but i'm with ya on avengers. nice to look at but no Dark Knight Rises.
Cyrus terminology lesson haha but on cabin in the woods i thought the pain worshipping zombies were effective enough. How can one complain about cabin in the woods if you contrast it to the typical horror crap that comes out

Loved the Cabin in the Woods/Avengers discussion, but the Dark Knight Rises trailer talk was a complete madhouse lol. Hope you guys do the Amazing Spiderman trailer next week.

Ahhh! Much better start to the show than in the recent shows.

I prefer it when the whole gang starts the show. It's more fun to hear all you guys enjoying yourselves.

Wow, what a raucous, free-wheeling LEOG. Everyone was there, and everyone was GOOD. Great visit from robot overlord Co-Host 3000, John Rubio, and the out of town League members. I really enjoy when you guys go deep discussing the issues you really geek out on, like the Batman, Cabin In The Woods, and Avengers discussion. Thanks so much.
