I agree with co-host; this film is easily a strong "Matinee." I didn't love this film, but it was nice to see a thriller that isn't filled with obvious plot-holes and stays mostly within the realm of plausibility. In my opinion, it's much better than that lame kiddie flick Taken, which pretended to be dark and edgy, but is actually just a loud action film geared towards teens. Again, this film was flawed but it kept me entertained and the Guggenheim shoot-out was awesome. Tykwer has certainly done better films like Run Lola Run and Perfume, but giving this a low "Rental" is a bit harsh in my opinion. For what it's worth, I wasn't bored.

can't wait for the director's cut where it's 20 more minitues of people talking

The Guggenheim scene sounds great to me. You don't need constant action scenes to be interesting. I've heard good reviews about this comparing it to the complex thrillers of the 70s like 3 Days of the Condor and Marathon Man. I will definitely check it out.

I agree with Korey even though I haven't seen the movies. A smart movie doesn't mean boring at all, but more importantly if you are gonna make a "smart" movie don't have big plot holes and shit nobody would believe, like every person that talk inmediatly dies, come on.

I know why Co Host likes this.........Justice, a foe seemingly hard to fight, walking around looking badass......

Co Host is projecting his love for Batman on Clive Owen!!! What!! Oh shit!!! I know my Co Host like the back of my hand!!!
