Rating-Better Than Sex!!                

Hot damn! Cabin in The Woods is one of the best horror films I've ever seen. The plot here is several teenagers go to a cabin out in the middle of nowhere to have sex, drink beer, and smoke pot. Yes, that does sound incredibly cleche'd, but the story is one of the best in horror movie history, and there are enough twist and turns to keep you interested. The characters are cheche (On purpose, which is actually explained in the film) but are fleshed out and likeable. When the film tries to be scary, it really is scary. But the great horror isn't why I love this film even though it is part of it, the best part is the comedy. There are dozens of laugh out loud moments, the movie never takes itself that seriously and basically mocks all the bad parts of recent horror films in a really unique and creative way. Now, it is time to talk about the ending. I'm sure that many people will not like this ending, but for me it is one of the best endings to a horror movie ever! It wraps everything up in a really well done way and the payoff is well worth the wait. The Cabin In The Woods is a genre changer, this is the film that future horror movies will be judged by, best horror movie of the decade so far.
