There was a lot of games that came out in 2012, I will have only a top 5 list for the reason of having a hard time choosing which games are truly the best of 2012. If you agree or disagree let us know, also tell us the best games you played this year.

5. Darksiders 2-This game was just one of the best action games I've played this year with a mix of God of War and Diablo 3.

4. Transformers Fall of Cybertron-This game blew me away and with the gameplay that never got old and a great story this game gave me a new apreciation for the Transformers.

3. Borderlands 2- This game adds open world with a great story. It had a strong yet funny villain and hours upon hours of gameplay that never gets old. One of the best Co-op games out there.

2. Mass Effect 3- Now this may have been one of the most controversial to come out this year but it was one of my favorites. The ending may have been garbage but that is only the last 15 minutes of a stellar video game. This has one of the best stories of any Sci-fi game.

1. The Witcher 2 Assassin of Kings-This may have been released last year but the Xbox 360 release was this year and this was with out a doubt the best game I have ever played. With so much to do and multiple replays and an amazing story to go with it this game is amazing from beginning to the end. This is my game of the year I think that this is a must play game.
