If it's crap ... We'll tell you
It was a fleeting dream that Joe Carnahan would get to direct Fox's Daredevil reboot, but a wonderful dream. Apparently he was in talks, and the studio liked his idea, but the project is now defunct as the rights are on their way back to Marvel. However, Carnahan took to social media and tweeted the sizzle reel he put together to show the studio his vision for the character. The reel is a montage of footage from 2003's 'Daredevil' along with clips of several other films set in the 1970s, where Carnahan wanted to set his Daredevil movie, and is underscored by plenty of familiar songs from the era. It's categorically awesome, but also only makes me that much sadder that he's not doing the movie. Take a look at the reel below and let us know what you think.
