If it's crap ... We'll tell you
While we sadly couldn't cover everything at Comic Con this year (we'd need a team of fifty with all the news that arrives every minute), we had a lot of fun and enjoyed our brief stay in "geek central". Here's some highlights from the weekend's events:
Appearing all over the internet, we have screenshots of The Lizard in Marc Webb's 'The Amazing Spider-Man', and video of the panel in which Andrew Garfield surprised fans and attendees in Hall H with a heartfelt speech about the power and meaning of the character and story (all while in a Spidey costume, to boot):
The 'Snow White' Wars continue! Relativity Media's version of the classic fairy tale has revealed the first look at Lily Collins as the title character:
On the other film, Universal's 'Snow White and the Huntsman', the first images of the rough-and-tumble 'Lord of the Rings' inspired take shows a much different kind of Snow White (Kristen Stewart):
Legendary Pictures has posted the first image of Lucifer from the Bradley Cooper-starring adaptation of Alexander Proyas' classic 'Paradise Lost' and the following synopsis: "Lucifer and Michael, God's greatest archangels, share the bond of extraordinary friendship until God produces his greatest creation: Man. Unable to remain subservient to God if it means bowing down to humanity, Lucifer begins his dark descent and is cast out - only to plot his revenge."
Fox has released another new image from their Alien "prequel-lite" film 'Prometheus starring Michael Fassbender and Charlize Theron:
