If it's crap ... We'll tell you
If you had told fans of Eternal Darkness: Sanity's Requiem that they would be seeing nine minutes of gameplay for a spiritual successor two months ago they would get really pissed off that you were lying to them. Then they would proceed to burst out with laughter if you told them said gameplay would be running on the Wii U. Yet here we are today with just such a thing. Precursor Games is really trying hard to get the word out to the public that this game is in fact happening. With only 24 days left on their crowd funding project for this game, and merely $144.958 of their $1.5 million total reached you can't really blame them. One of the main causes for such a lack of funding is being blamed on Denis Dyack. The man who has grown quite a negative reputation for playing the blame game whenever his games don't do well. Dyack was formerly the head of Silicon Knights, which closed last week but is still operating in a way as the studio Precursor Games. Will hatred for one man potentially kill a sequel fans have been clamoring for years to play? It looks that way. Take a look at the gameplay below and leave your impressions in the comments section.
Shadow of the Eternals has no official release date but aims to be released on the Wii U and PC. You can donate here.
