You haven't seen the movie, obviously you haven't seen the movie, I'm going to point something out that may blow your mind, Everyone's views on every film is subjective. You know what I like in a movie, something happening, anything happening, if you like looking at sand or paint drying fine, go watch that.

I've never watched the move so I can't say, BUT YOUR VIEWS ON THIS FILM IS SUBJECTIVE. Not EVERYONE has to have stimulation during movies!!! I probably wouldn't like this movie, but SERIOUSLY??

People often say that when you translate a video/computer game int oa movie things go wrong.

Meek's Cutoff sounds like this to me: 'Oregon Trail: The Movie.' Only not as interesting. Maybe what this film needed was a dramatic climactic river fording scene.

That south park episode spells it out perfectly. Sometimes really shitty artsy movies come out and nobody wants to be the one to say it's shit because there afraid to look stupid. It's the real life story of "THe Emperor's New Robes"

This is an amazing film if you're an "arthouse" filmgoer.

Just don't go expecting an exciting Western or an acting showcase for Michelle Williams or Paul Dano (thankfully, no histrionics in this one)
