His character's family has an history with the waynes, altho his parents always secretly hated the waynes and could of put a bad effect on Black mask aka Roman Sionis he was forced to become friends with bruce as a young child by his parents,when he graduated high school he took a job with his fathers company and ends up being ridiculed due to a product that wasn't properly tested causing people to become disfigured.

His film role

I would love for them to do after his fall from grace ending up becoming a high ranking mafia member due to his money and buisness know how, his major displeasure is all the masks in his city including Batman and his enemies.(stemming from his hated of his parents who wore "masks" in public,) after capturing the scarecrow and torturing him and mocking him by wearing a childrens halloween mask , batman arrives and kicks him into a fire causing the mask to melt onto his skin, this events causes him to become twisted and sets him on a path to bring down the biggest mask of them all the batman.

BANE

His father had been a revolutionary and had escaped Santa Prisca's court system. The corrupt government however decreed that his young son would serve out the man's life sentence, and thus Bane's childhood and early
adult life are spent in the amoral penitentiary environment.whilst living in the prison with his natural ability to adapt he trains his body to peak perfection and becomes an incredible strageist with him reading a book once a day,later on in life he becomes addicted to a test steroid known as Venom which turns his already strong body into something even stronger.

His Film Role

I would love them to do a smaller scale version of knightfall especially the firstbook which main storyline is bane ripping arkham apart forcing batman to attempt to catch every single arkham inmate putting his own body to the limit while bane lays in wait for the perfect moment to break him.

Penguin

An outcast of his artisocrat family except for his mother who always forced him to carry a umbrella due to his fathers death due to pneumonia. because of him and his mother being outcasts it forces him to become a criminal but because of his background he executes it with style and is always seen in his top hat tuxedo and monocle.

His Film Role

Although Nolan doesn't want him to be in the movies, he could be a wonderful side character using him as he currently is in the comics as a club owner and arms dealer on the side who is utterly destoyed by batman to get information out of him towards the main villain.

Harvey Bullock

Bullock is perhaps the most controversial Cop in the GCPD, had ties with organised crime, taking bribes and police brutality. his character took bribes from the mayor to take down commishner gordan.

His Film Role

Using his storyline of bringing down gordan but under the orders of the main villain(Riddler?) he is told to smear gordans name in a plot to tear down all of Batmans allies to leave him weak and alone...
