'Inception' Gets IMAX Release

Hollywood.com reports that Christopher Nolan's Inception will be granted a simultaneous standard and IMAX release on July 16th, 2010. The film stars Leonardo DiCaprio, Ellen Page, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Ken Watanabe, Marion Cotillard, Cillian Murphy and Michael Caine. IMAX CEO Richard L. Gelfond had this to say regarding the announcement:
"Chris Nolan's unique vision combined with the talents of Leonardo DiCaprio and the rest of the cast creates the kind of cinematic event that resonates very well with IMAX moviegoers."
Greg Foster, Chairman and President of IMAX Filmed Entertainment added:
"With a brilliantly creative and innovative director that knows and understands the power of the IMAX medium, a talented cast lead by a superstar actor and a powerhouse studio that knows how to communicate the IMAX brand to audiences worldwide, this film has all the key ingredients that make this an anchor (for) IMAX in 2010"

Say what you want about DiCaprio looks like a 17 year old pussy, The guy only does good movies and he acts good in them all. Excited to see if Nolan can contnue his run of badass movies: Insomnia, Batman Begins, Memento, The Prestige, Dark Knight, Indeseption. Can't wait!

Was very much expected, and It's gonna make the action scenes even more fun, this film is soo far my most anticipated film ( other than Shutter Island ) to be released in 2010.

Whatever. My country doesn't even have IMAX, so whatever... Ok! I give up! Im jealous!! I don't want to live yet another day with IMAX news, when i cant reach one. Noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!! mummy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
