Mr. Mitch Mitchell posted a statusI absolutely love movies about the art of making movies, and especially when it happens to be the story of the production of a classic film. Better still is when that classic film is Alfred Hitchcock's 'Psycho,' one of the best films from one of my all time favorite directors. Today, the first official trailer for Sacha Gervasi's biopic 'Hitchcock' hit the web. Starring Sir Anthony Hopkinsas the legendary director, the film catalogs the various pitfalls and challenges Hitch encountered while trying to get his 1960 classic off the ground. The biopic looks to have a morbid sense of humor very much befitting of the man himself. I also love how the music playfully riff's Bernard Herrmann's iconic score. Take a look at the trailer below and let us know what you think.
'Hitchcock' arrives in theaters November 23rd

Comment by BadAss Knives on October 11, 2012 at 5:54am Interesting. "The breast were rather large, it would have been a challenge not to show them"
stealing that line.
Comment by David on October 11, 2012 at 4:29am Hmm. From the trailer, it seems as though the prosthetics limit Sir Anthony from really expressing with his face. Hopefully it'll work in the final film.
Comment by illchard on October 11, 2012 at 1:51am looks awesome.
Comment by Jordan Hoffman on October 11, 2012 at 12:32am Hmmm, the stuff with his wife and the over-dramatization of that business I'm not really feeling.
But other than that, it looks really interesting.
Comment by ScrawnyCartoonist on October 11, 2012 at 12:22am Cool! I've only started discovering Hitchcocks movies (including Psycho) and am definitely seeing this.
Comment by obscurefan on October 10, 2012 at 11:20pm A historical piece staring old British actors in lots of makeup being super British. Can we just agree that this will win all the Oscars this year?
Comment by Brian 'Born-a-Bastard' Jordan on October 10, 2012 at 10:34pm Hell yes. Will see this in theatre. And yes I'll say the same "damn Scarlet''.
