Dude, I was with you until you reeled off that bullshit list. IceT is a fucking horrible actor and so is LL Cool J. Tyrese is merely ok at times but them times are few and far between. The best musical actor from the hip hop genre is by far Will Smith, that's right WILL SMITH. Oh yes! and Queen Latifah. other than that hip hop artists need to stay the fuck away from the silver screen,

Ok so here is my problem with musical artist trying to act. Everyday we see actors in movies who barely get the chance to shine. For example we have Michael Ealy from Takers. I think he's a good actor but the last time I remember seeing that guy was in the Barbershop movies. So you see a hard working actor like him trying to make it in the industry and they keep fucking with people like him because they feel like they need to give the role to some music stars who can't act worth shit. The only music artist that I think has acting abilities is Ice T from Law and Order, LLCoolJ from NCIS:LA, Tyrese Gibson and Ice Cube when he used to do adult type movies. Now don't take that shit seriously because these guys are only one dimensional (they can only play one role). Other than that, you get these other artist who get movie roles so they can atract a huge fan base to see the movie (and it works) and they can't act their way out of a fucking paper bag.

I like Peter Berg, but this movie sounds pretty horrible. This is the kind of film that makes me so excited about box office futures trading.
