Dark Elves Revealed In New 'Thor: The Dark World' Set Pics
Hold on to your hammer, Thor fans. These new pics from the set of Alan Taylor's 'Thor: The Dark World,' finally give us a great look at what the Dark Elves of Svartalfheim will look like. Not only that, but we have some great images of old Malekith the Accursed himself (Christopher Eccleston). Obviously he and his warriors will be augmented by CG, but it gives us a good idea of the basis. I love the mix of business-like, between-take shots as well as some fun candid pics. Take a look at the images below and let us know what you think.

WOW those guys are actually creepy looking. Now, i never read a Thor comic in my life, but i love the movie, so i'm more then willing to give this one a shot!

The costumes look fine to me. They're in keeping with the Asgardian-type costumes, which is to say, really nice plastic that is supposed to look metallic.

I have to admit i dont know anything about this character or the dark elves but this looks good to me and i like Christopher Eccleston and there is yet still effects to be added to the costumes ? i am still optimistic

Woah! Those masks are creepy as hell and I didn't even catch that was Eccleston at first. Bad ass!!!
