GEETTT DOWWWN! ComingSoon.net posted an exclusive look at the Millennium Film's brand spankin' new CONAN movie. I know you bastards are too lazy to go over and look at it so I'll post it below. Word is that this Conan film will stay true to Conan creator Robert E. Howard's vision than the God like classic Awnold Schwarzenegger version. I still pretend that the sequel never happend. If you ask me, I don't think anyone will be running to da choppa's to see this without Arnold involved. DA HELL WID YOU CROM!

Awesome! Conan was one of my favourite films on all time. My favourite bit is when he gets drunk and punches a camel, knocking it the fuck out.
It will only work if they do it like ToxicFrog suggests and cast an unknown east-european powerhouse to play the role, some lithuanian with little english, lots of muscles and natural/method aproach to the role

Conan is like superman in hiss universe. Nearly unkillable, unstoppable, and unbeatable. That should be fun. They'll go for pg-13 so dont expect much.

Conan the Barbarian is one of my favorite movies (Conan the Destoryer is one of the worst movies ever). But, it wasn't very true to the source material (at least not in the story - the feeling was there). I can't tell you how much I'd love a new, HARD R-rated, super violent Conan film. Conan should be intelligent (but uneducated), wild, womanizing, afraid of nothing but the supernatural. If they do it right, this may very well be the best movie ever.
One of my favorite Conan moments in the Howard stories was when he was surrounded by city guards, who ordered him to drop his weapon and surrender because they were in authority. He had absolutely no understanding of this civilized concept. He basically said "I don't get it. Why should I do what you say? I could kill all of you." They replied "Because we are the authority", and he said "What? Seriously, start over - I don't understand." AWESOME. (Obviously my retelling is paraphrased)
