If it's crap ... We'll tell you
Her 'Wonder Woman' television series may have gotten canned (thank you, oh wise and unknowable TV gods!), but actress Adrianne Palicki is set to play another iconic pop culture character as Lady Jaye in the upcoming sequel 'G.I. Joe: Cobra Strikes'.
Staff Sergeant "Lady Jaye" is the Joe's covert operations specialist and is proficient in a variety of weapons including pistols, crossbows, or her signature series of customized javelins that can do anything from release a net to cut through thick metal. With actor D.J. Cotrona recently cast as warrant officer Flint, it's also likely that the romance between the two will be addressed at some point.
The cast of 'Cobra Strikes' also includes Channing Tatum as Duke and Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson (presumably as Roadblock). Ray Park and Lee Byung-hun are expected to reprise their roles as Snake Eyes and Storm Shadow, but there has been no confirmation. Paramount is casting quickly in hopes to get the action sequel out by next summer.
