Hey car chases are awesome! We all know it. Now in movies some car chases are so unbelieveable! So that's why I present the ten best car chases in move history. (In my mind though.)

10. Terminator 2: Judgment Day
Now looking at Robert Patrick is pretty scary in anything he's in. (Namely here in Terminator 2) But put him in a semi truck chasing after you, with the top of the truck ripped off, I'd shit my pants! Well here he's chasing after John Connor (Edward Furlong) is running away from the T-1000 (Patrick) he has been sent back from the future to kill him and while the T-1000 is chasing Connor, the original Terminator (Schwarzenegger) from the first one is chasing after the T-1000 on a motorcycle and this goes from the freeway to a canal system.

Now this is one of many scenes that helped make this movie even better than the first movie. It just plain awesome to say.

9. Batman Begins
Finally a scene in a Batman movie where the Batmobile gets to kick some serious ass! The design of it was so amazing and to see this thing tear up through Chicago was awesome! This is truly my favorite part of the movie.

Christopher Nolan is already a great director and this is pure great film making!

8. The Blues Brothers
A huge car pile up on the news or on a highway as your passing by is hard not to see and wonder if anyone is okay. But The Blues Brothers makes it hilarious!

Plus it gets way out of control but in the greatest way ever.

7. The Bourne Identity
Now European cars are sometimes know for being pretty small but I've always wondered how fast they could go and if they could out run anyother car. Hey here's my answer!

Matt Damon made you believe little cars kick ass! this was the best car chase scene in decades when The Bourne Identity was released back in 2002. It was action packed and kept you on the edge of your seat throughout! the streets of Paris would never be the same.

6. Goldeneye
Now James Bond has runined many a cars in chase after the bad guys. But in Goldeneye, he took another source of transportation.

A TANK! 007 took after those damn Russians in a tank! So much damage was caused its was almost a little funny to watch in my view. This has to have been the best car chase in a Bond movie when Pierce Bronson was James Bond. It sure was a lot of fun to watch.

5. The Bourne Supremacy
Okay its the second movie based on Robert Ludlum's novels about Jason Bourne and the chase scene from the first movie was fantastic so what do you do to make this better? Set it in the crowded streets of Moscow, Russia!

(This music video tribute of it is the only like full video of the scene I could find)
This knocked the shit out of The Bourne Identity's car chase scene. This was so great played out and with Paul Greengrass as the director it was great to see. Mostly the end of the chase. Made me jump in my seat!

4. Bullit
Who better for a badass back in the 1960s than Steve McQueen! Now we all knew McQueen was a badass (For those who don't know, get off your lazy ass and go to your DVD store and get any Steve McQueen movie) and Bullit is a great movie. Now what helped make the movie a classic, was this scene right here.

This was awesome to watch as a kid and it is still awesome to watch as I've grown up. I'm still amazed and on the edge of my seat each time I watch it. All who say Steve McQueen is a pussy, you shall go down!

3. The Blues Brothers
Now those damn Blues Brothers just had to find a way to get two spots on my list. I'll explain why. The mall. It sometimes can be an all wonderful place. You can get your fill of teenage "drama" and "agnst" at the mall. Plus you can get photos of your babies is cute little costumes as they think of ways to get back at you for dressing them up against their will, a chance to be noticed at a stupid local fashion show, you can get that new pair jeans you wanted while eating the big pretzel you got down by the food court, and see a car chase. Okay well that part isn't true but in The Blues Brothers it did! Still on the run from the cops, The Blues Brothers head into the nearet mall and go all over the place.

See the mall is an all wonderful place! Just make sure to dodge out of the way of that cop car, and you'll be fine.

2. The French Connection
The French Connection. Sure it may sorta sound like a porno but its a classic crime film. Well while the movie is a sure fire classic, it is most memerable for being the first R-rated film to win Best Picture at the Academy Awards. Oh and its awesome chase scene!

At that moment right then and there Gene Hackman became one of my heroes! The scene is an amazing piece of work. The scene was so well shot and crafted together that it was amazing to watch. This helped this movie become a classic and one that I love watching over and over and over again.

1. The Bourne Ultimatum
Now I know I'm probably gonna get some harsh words for putting this at number one but I don't care. Now I've made it no secret here on Spill, that I love the shit out of The Bourne Ultimatum! I consider it the greatest action movie ever. Now It has everything. Even the most amazing car chase scene.

(Once again all I could find of it was a music video tribute of it. Fucking internet)
This is hands down the best car chase I've seen in a movie. Yes I said it. I mean its in New York City. One of the most crowded places in the history of the earth. With Jason Bourne as the driver of one those cars, all hell is certainly gonna break loose baby!
