Leon's Goodbye
I just wanted to take this time to tell you all what great time I’ve had being a part of Spill and getting to interact with you all. I’m very confident in you as the stewards of this site and I know you’ll make it big someday.
As you may have heard, I am leaving and this will be my last post…*sigh*
…for the rest of the week, that is! Tomorrow Korey and I are heading to sunny San Diego, California for Comic Con 2008, baby!
We’ll be there all five days so if you’re gonna be at the show please come up and say ‘hi.” Trust me, you’ll know Korey as soon as you see him. You’ll find me hanging out with him or at the Too Much Coffee Man booth
About this being my “last post”…um, well…while I’m there my Internet access (and sobriety) will be very limited, so I guarantee you a day-to-day report from the convention, but you can bet I’ll give you a full account when we record the next L.E.O.G on the following week.
And now to answer a few last persistent questions before I go. Let’s get all of the Bat-Guano out the way first:
Leon, don’t you agree that The Dark Knight is the best movie of the year and Heath Ledger deserves an Oscar?
I absolutely agree 100% that The Dark Knight is the best movie of the year…SO FAR. Remember that all the real Oscar contenders aren’t released until right after Thanksgiving.
Just settle down.
What villains do you think will be in the next Batman movie?
Personally, I’d like to see Catwoman and Robin, but--- WTF? The last movie just came out a week ago, people! How in the hell would I know what--- oh wait. Duh. Why don’t I just consult the all-knowing Mystical Movie Orb of Agamotto you think I have?
Yeah, that’s what I figured.
Dude, I found that Batmobile and Batpod your were looking for at target for $30.00. What will you give me for it?
Thanks for looking out for me. Luckily I also found it at Toys ‘R Us for $27.88 and I had a $5.00 off coupon.
Leon, what makes you so cool?
Ha-ha. I get that all the time. Well, it’s like I was telling George Clooney the other day, there is no one thing. It’s like a random combination of elements or other people that come together like a perfect formula. Thus:

Leon, did you see all the new episodes and the series finale of ‘Avatar: The Last Airbender’?
I delayed watching it because I wasn’t ready for it to be over, but because so many of you asked I broke down and watched them all in one sitting last weekend.
Yep, I cried. Best…animated…series…ever.
What did you think of the trailer(s) for The Watchmen, Twilight, The Day the earth Stood Still, etc., etc. blah,blah?
How many times do I have to say it? I don’t watch trailers. Trailers lie.
That said, I think Watchmen looks WAY too much like 300.
“Cool” my ass, Leon! That was a real dick move making it seem like you were quitting Spill when all you were doing is going on “vacation”. How can you lie like that?
Actually, the last time Korey and I went on a trip together we almost died…
So, technically it’s not a lie until I make it back again.

I wuld have thought the formula for you would be Fred Sanford + Verb (That's what's happening" + Rudy (from the junkyard gang)(pre shitty movie) divided by Luke Cage, Marvin Gaye and Archie Bell, (with the hree of them playing Hoss, Little Joe and the Other Cartwrite Son) then divide all that by the square root of Richard Roundtree, a brother might be getting close.

Also LEON Avatar maybe over but it won't be forgoten and Nick has done the series wrong and there will be a spin-off series of Avatar so can't wait so b happy and have a good time at Comic Con

I've only been here a month or so, but I am so gonna miss you! You're the "class act" of the team and you will be missed. Best of luck in whatever you're doing next and please do stop by from time to time to say hi if you can.

Ohhhhhh i was gonna flip my lid and start tossing babies off the thirteenth floor balcony but cool, Enjoy but not to much, remember I'm watching you! Well maybe not, Chig is the man but how many members will be left when you get back? you guys are to nice to the morons on the site Chig is straight to the cutting.
