You do realize that Long Halloween is a Jeph Loeb book, right?

Thank you for this list.

Actually, I thought "Hush" was pretty weak. Just an excuse to have Jim Lee draw everybody in Batman's rogue gallery. And it was pretty obvious who Hush really was since the story opened with Bruce Wayne's "childhood friend" who'd never been mentioned before.

The only cool thing about it was that it brought back Jason Todd as a villain...only it turned out to actually be Clayface, so even that wasn't cool.

Batman Hush storyline is really good, and features fantastic artwork by Jim Lee... Not to mention a pretty badass fight between Batman and Superman.

Great list. I would add Superman: Secret Identity by Kurt Busiek.

Definitely one of my favorite stories of all time and I would say it's better than For All Seasons.

The book is about a kid named Clark Kent who lives in a world without superheroes and super villains. His whole life he gets picked on by both his family and friends for sharing the name of Superman's alter ego. Its not until he becomes teenager, that he discovers that he had super powers all along. The government becomes weary and tries to bring him down, while all Clark wants to do is live a normal life.

Now that's a good list.

I really want to read Wanted, but something in my gut is keeping me back from running out and buying it because I saw the movie first and I' unsure whether the book is worth the buy. Though after Cyrus' reaction to it on LEOG, I'm tempted. The Chapters near my house actually has a huge "recommended" wall of graphic novels (which is where I got Watchmen). However, on that wall they also had One More Day, so....

pretty much all the Batmans and Watchmen are knocked off my list (albeit one of them I find overrated, I wont say which but you can guess which one). World War Hulk sounds awesome too.
