Zack Snyder is set to direct "Guardians of Ga'Hoole," an animated feature film based on the series of children's books by Kathryn Lasky.
The film is on a fast track and is likely to be ready by 2009 or 2010. This will be Snyder's first animated film.
..That is, if you don't count 300 (which I do, btw).

As it turns out someone has already made a movie of The Guardians of Ga'Hoole, with some cutting-edge CGI animation, if I do say so myself. Check this out, Snyder!! The bar has been raised quite high, pal. You bettah buh-ring it!
