...on Batman getting out of the batpod, they show a scene after Blake says "get down it's happening" where Batman's still driving the pod.

I am aware this movie has a few plot holes or whatever, but! I really think this is a great finale to Nolan's Batman film series. I think it's coo, how Selina Kyle is never called Catwoman in this movie, and the return of Batman was really cool! I think so anyways. Oh, and John Blake at the end of the movie, in the batcave. So awesome!

They could bring Bane back since he had that body armor on.

Batman was pretty much trained by ninjas/assassins, which is why he acted as such in Batman Begins. It is odd that he no longer used his most valuable skills in Batman Rises, though. However, maybe his shitty fighting style (against Bane) was a result of him already being broken from the begining of the film.

One possibility: Blake will become Robin and the kid who's brother died in the sewers could become Nightwing.
This probably won't be the case, however, since it'd make no sense for Robin to use his real name while wearing the mask. Therefore, Robin will most likely become Nightwing.

I agree with the spill crew entirely. I waited to write this comment because I wanted to catch up on some of the comic book story arcs that this movie showed such as Cataclysm, No Mans Land, and Knightfall. The movie hit the target each time in its own way and worked. I didn't buy the whole bomb thing either because the spill crew is right- i mean I could do this in a week instead of 3 months and plus I know for damn sure the U.S gov't would nip this in the butt earlier (I might be wrong Gov't has fucked up a whole lot in the past 10 years) and NO police commish  in there right mind would send the entire cities police in a sewer to take down a group of mercenaries and without anyone in the city noticing. Bane died like a punk instead of getting the glorious death that he o' so deserved, and I call bullshit on the Batman gadgets. I thought Batman was given no justice with his gadgets, there should have been more. All and all this was an amazing flick. Can't wait and see what Nolan's going to do with Superman.

I would also like to share this rare expirence I had when the movie first came out. On the friday when the movie first came out I woke up to the news about the colorado movie shooting and was shock to the point I almost shit myself. Fucking Insanity! After reading up on all the news about the tragedy (and feeling really guilty about it after) i had to go and see this movie. But it wasn't the thrill of death that made me remember this day, but the preview before the movie started. Every movie thearter is own by a company or locally so your not going to get the same line of previews everytime. I went to the Regal theater that day, went into the room and sat down in the 3rd row and (regrettably) joked about the shooting (and so was everyone else in the theater. I am from NY so I can understand that most people in this state "DON"T GIVE A FUCK!) The previews roll and everyone is still laughing about it saying  "Or you might get shot", "Beats sitting in the 1st row", stupid shit like that. Then the preview for "Gangster Squad" came on and to me it look pretty good until the last scene in the preveiw came on showing a group of mobsters behind a movie screen SHOOTING AT THE AUDIENCE WITH TOMMY GUNS! Preview ended, enjoy the Batman movie.......I shit you not ladies and gentlemen the people in this theater flipped the fuck out! Mothers were screaming, kids were crying, folks walked out asking for their money back, I got so wound up I got up yelling out "FFFUUUCCCKKKK NO HOLLYWOOD! TOO FUCKING SOON! I even went to check the fire exit just to make sure this was not going to be some fucking prank. Spill.com you must understand where I'm coming from this shit happened the next day(or later that day because it happened during a midnight showing) after the shooting. I mean tell me if can say this? Is this a WTF moment or what?

I thought this movie was amazing.......until the third act. First, Talia was a nice little nod to the comics, but she completely destroyed bane as a character for me. Like most fans, i was waiting for bane to be the mastermind and threat he was in Knightfall, but making Talia the mastermind just made Bane seem more like a pawn or bodyguard rather than an actual villain. it made Bane seem like someone who just carries out orders. Second, the final fight between batman and bane was a disappointment. the second Batman knocks off two tubes from Bane's mask, the fight becomes so one sided it's ridiculous. Bane crippled batman during the first fight, but swings his fists blindly during the final fight, he punches a wall for god's sake, TWICE! the fight also was too short with a very unsatisfying climax. I would have loved to see a fight that pushes batman near the point of killing bane, only to remember what separates him from Bane. Bane doesn't nearly push batman like the Joker did, it got to the point where batman threw the Joker off a building. Last, Having Catwoman kill Bane was a complete cop out. it should have ended with Batman nearly killing Bane only for Bane to say something like: "After everything that I've done to this city. After all your losses, you still lack strength to do all that is necessary. However, it doesn't matter if you kill me or not, Gotham has mere minutes until balance is restored."   THAT, would have been epic. Still the first two acts hold up pretty well for me. Full Price for me.

Really great discussion guys, I think I agree with Cyrus and Leon most on this one. I don't get all those people saying that Co-Host and Cyrus get really fanboyish in these types of discussions, as I thought both Cyrus and Co-Host supported their opinions really well, and made the points they were making clear to understand.

Take Talia Al Ghul out of the movie and most of the flaws go away. She weakens the Selina/Bruce relationship, introduces her own contradictory/weak motives, weakens Bane as a villain, and they don't really use her enough to do the character its own justice.

I felt like the story was developed well however i felt like the characters on the side had less purpose and developement. Catwomen was a bit disapointing only in the sense that her purpose in the story was lacking depth. Talia had an excellent build up however right when she arives she leaves which was disapointing because this character in particular has such a huge effect on Bruce Wayne. As much as I love the scarecrow cameo I still wish that he had more to do especially after how he was creepily presented in Batman Begins. I felt likeI felt Blake was presented in the respect where he was not a sidekick but he was a true believer in not only Batman but true justice and his character perfectly fits in the story. The climactic city fight was brilliant because the final battle was between the criminals and the cops who had a true belief in their jobs of protecting gotham it brings me back to the point that there are characters who have been completely inspired by Batman and everything Batman stands for. This movie was a perfect climax to the tilogy in a sense that the idea of the batman is eternal in this city and now that he has saved  this city the future is completely open.

How Batman use his tricks on Bane? Bane made it clear that Batmans tricks wouldn't work because Bane trained at the same place where Bruce trained. Batman tried, got his ass kicked and he started throwing shit at Bane.
