A while back I saw the trailer for this movie and immediately had high hopes for it. I thought, "Finally, an intelligent comedy that feels refreshing and new." After seeing the movie, I now realize that I couldn't have been farther from the truth. Here are the facts. Hamlet 2 suffers from a excruciatingly unfunny script. Every actor in this movie is either trying way, way to hard to be funny or flat out just doesn't give a shit. Each character goes off and does their own thing. No true relationships are ever built. It' just a bunch of acting monkeys flinging poo. I imagined at the very least, this movie would have some charm on it's side, but it manages to throw that away with just about everything else. Oh, and this movie is dumb. Yeah, for a movie called Hamlet 2, It never actually tries to attempt any intellectual humor. It's all just a bunch of physical humor and sight gags, and it fails at even that. This is not only an awful film but a monumental disappointment. Everything that is funny about this movie was already shown in it's trailer. Don't let it trick you. This movie is SOME OLE BULLSHIT!
