Another thing that might be worth mentioning is that ASM was shot entirely with 3D cameras and all the special effects were made for 3D viewing so viewing them in 2D might make them look a bit off. From what I hear, seeing the trailer in 3D is a whole different experience. (also I don't think it needs to be said that I'm absolutely looking forward to this movie)

As for wisecracking during fighting: it's an essential Spider-Man element. Just like how Peter Parker being a genius is a crucial element to the character, it's just not Spidey without the wisecracks. That's how he fights. It's both a coping mechanism and a strategy. Plus, it's really not that hard to film a fight scene with dialogue. As examples, I'd list Mr. and Mrs. Smith (particularly the scene where they're destroying their house), the first fight between Neo and Morpheus in the Matrix (the "stop trying to hit me and hit me" scene), the Spectacular Spider-Man cartoon (which yeah, it's animation but it's still a good example of how you can continue a fight scene while having snarky dialogue), and so on. I'm sure you could go through your library of comedic action movies and find at least a couple examples of fight scenes where the combatants are having a back-and-forth conversation.

Peter Parker when spider-man SHOULD talk shit when kicking ass. its just what it should be.. wise cracking.  lol at prison rape joke.  Yeah ..  Sirus is right.. i don't think he's goona be cracking jokes. matter fact... Sirus is completely right. They really are taking the Nolan road. Spider-man should be a happyass crime fighter.

Even Jean Marco thought The Black Wonder's bad wisecracks were hysterical.

I'm also very excited for this movie as soon as I saw Marc Webb was the director. But does anyone else agree the cgi seems to look like shit?

I must agree that to a certain extent The Lizard does look more scary than the Green Goblin.
