Comment by KoreyasKevinSorbo on October 30, 2012 at 10:21pm Ok hearing the review yeah maybe it wasn't so much fosters acting as the character but she was daaaaaaamn annoying. Winslet was bad at the drunk acting as well :-( sad because i love her.
but yeah i might have murdered foster if this was real life, god she is murder.
Comment by KoreyasKevinSorbo on October 30, 2012 at 10:14pm The best part of having to see a shitty movie is being able to listen to the Spill review. Even when I feel angry or mad that I wasted time of my life that I will never get back I can be thankful for being able to understand the Spill review even more.
i liked parts of this movie, there were flashes of hilarious moments but for gods sakes they never leave the fucking room! GAHHHHHH. It rang like a bad play at times, it was bad more often than good multiple cringe worth scenes with Jodie Foster. Holy fuck she was so difficult to watch in this movie, I enjoyed all the other performances especially john c reilly. The ending almost put it over the top to a fuck you but in the end it is just some ol' bullshit. I was mad at the end of this movie, largely because of the wasted potential.

Comment by Panda on December 23, 2011 at 11:57am For me it is the best movie of the year. In your terms it's a high full price if not even a better than sex. I like movies that feel bigger than life, even if they are about little things. I think it's an incredibly funny and smart movie, and by far the most entertaining of the year. The dialogues were fast and the camerawork really elevated it from a mere stage play. Yes there is a lot of what co-host calls stage acting, and not only when they get drunk. But personally I like a bit of overacting, as long as doesn't get annoying. And for me it didn't got annoying. The other big complain you guys had is, that it ended too abruptly. Well I don't see it. Maybe you're right, but I thought the story was told, and seeing them leave the apartment wouldn't have added anything to the movie. The characters were exhausted, and moment was just right to end the movie. Another thing: After Inglourious Basterds, I became a huge fan of Christopher Waltz and Carnage is the first movie he got a chance to shine again, and he takes that chances.
Comment by Ilmena.2 on December 23, 2011 at 6:47am I'm directing this at the moment, it's bloody brilliant, can't wait to see the film :)
Comment by Ryan42790 on December 23, 2011 at 2:45am Judge the work not the man. Roman Polanski the man is despicable, Roman Polanski the director is one of the greatest to ever pick up a camera, you can't take either one of those points away. The difference is that we are not on a jury here, we are watching one of his works, and thats what you should judge.
My friend saw the play and told me while it wasn't great, it was highly entertaining. Can't wait to see it. Criistoph Watlz has been on a skid since Inglorious Basterds, its nice to hear that he's in a good movie again.
