This episode that deaf interpreter at Mandela's funeral, the Godzilla trailer, and Cohost shares his thoughts on the current situation. We're also joined by the Man of Honor for the Spill Pub Crawl this weekend, Mr. Gripmonster. And don't forget…See More
Sorry if the title of this post sounds dirty. :) Clearly not my intention, I'm a good girl I swear. Anyway, just wanted to tell everybody that yes, I am still alive and yes I still check the Spill site from time to time. I will upload a review of Twilight today and hopefully a review of The Day the Earth Stood still next week since I'll see it on Wednsday.
Thanks to everybody who commented on my wall, especially Silver Surfer who seemingly is veeeeery worried about me. :) You know you're… Continue
“I can say it. He’s sexy, right? He’s a little bit like a junior Wolverine in a way. He’s a little bit of a wise guy. He’s an outsider. He’s got some issues himself. He’s mischievous. He’s cheeky. He’s a bit of a badass. We have a really great fight sequence. Physically that guy is an animal. He was chucking himself around on the concrete. He has that passion that I remember having when I first did Wolverine.… Continue

So tomorow I have my final college exam. The big one. The one where everything I learned for these past 4 wonderfully mediocre years is being put to the test. And I am sure that I will be asked the same inane question I've been asked before every single exam I have ever taken in those same 4 years. Somebody somewhere, some dim witted classmate, will come up to me and ask me with a voice that is somewhere between worried and… Continue
Yeah I watched all the seasons and yes I often compared myself to Charlotte, or Miranda but I never thought that show was the Second Coming or anything. I did like however it's ending. For a show that was supposedly all about sex... it ended with love. It ended with a positive, heartwarming message... that if you learn, and grow and invest yourself fully emotionally and spiritually into a relationship, all that love and energy you will get back. If you're honest with yourself and the one you… Continue

I've never been much of a gamer but hey, I played Starcraft in my day. Of course I sucked but it made for some great bonding time with my brother. Eitherway, I've kept an eye on the sequel to Starcraft currently in development, out of nostalgia if nothing else. My friend Cyber :D just showed me this vid which shows the Zerg in all their glory in the new game.… Continue

Thank you for stopping by and taking the time to not only look at my page but also bothering to read this blog post. I know you're a busy individual, and you don't have as much time as you'd wish to slack off at work, so I'll get right to the point of my beliefs.
I believe I am stealing from Chuck Lorre and his Vanity Cards shtick, but I'm not terribly disappointed in myself because I… Continue
Ok, this is an unconfirmed rumor, but even so... this s**t is absolutely hilarious. Only in America would a no-talent wooden mannequin of an actor like Hayden Christensen get the chance to play two of the most famous, iconic characters in pop culture history (Darth Vader and Superman). He is truly the embodiement of the american dream. And like all good thing in… Continue
Just when you think news of the JLA movie couldn't get more petty and ridiculous. Apparentely the australian government resents the WB production because it is an american movie that will be done in american accents, and has raised the taxes for shooting the film in their country. Well I can understand anti-american feelings being an ex-commie myself, but it even the producers have issues about their heroes… Continue
Joss Whedon will let his inner Cole Porter out again, this time... with supervillains! He finished writing Dr Horrible's sing along blog, a series of short websiodes concerning the life of a super villain. Whedon describes the show as "the story of a low-rent super-villain, the hero who keeps beating him up, and the cute girl from the laundromat he's too shy to talk to."
Neil Patrick Harris is Dr. Horrible, Nathan Fillion *swoon* is… Continue

The CW is pretty happy with providing frustrated teenage girls with footage of washboard abs and cute dimples, while at the same time pretending to actual care about good science fiction/supernatural television shows. It's paid off for them so far... why not keep a good thing going?
Supernatural will get a 4th season which I suppose is good news for Supernatural fans. I don't watch it but I do plan on starting it some day so when I do,… Continue
I'm in love... Look at this here f-i-n-e.. FINE Luke Skywalker Unleashes Figurine. I love it! It has suck a dynamic feel, you can almost hear the SWOOSH of his lightsaber. :) Oh, and I'd kill for thighs like his.
In the right corner we have another piece of the Unleashed Collection, this time Mace Windu. Now, to be fair, I'm not a Mace Windu fan but I guess I…
Mom and Dad go into their little boy's bedroom and they see a magazine corner sticking out from under the matress. They pull it out and see that it's a BDSM magazine. Dad looks at mom and says: I don't think we should beat him...
Top o' the morning to ya lads. Oi'm the Joker, oi em. Have you seen mi pot of gold?
Ok, enough jocularity. Truth is I love everything about this picture except the face. The expression feels forced. It should look more natural. I don't know, but style wise, I'm ok. I like that he's got class but at the same time he's as gritty as they come. I even like the little hexagons on his shirt! :)… Continue
