10 Best Iphone/Itouch Apps

10.) Aqua Forest. This is a physics simulator game where the object of the game is to experiment and do random things with the tools at your disposal, like water, ice, lava, elastic, string, some wierd solid oil, and some cool silly-putty type stuff. Different things react with each other in various awesome ways, and there's a puzzle mode for those who aren't satisfied with just noodling.

9.) Wolfenstein 3D. Ahh, Wolfenstein. The classic 1st-person shooter remade into an… Continue

Game Idea #3: Apocalypse

Apocalypse

Story: Apocalypse is based in a small town named Prescott Springs. It’s a medium sized town that has been overrun with “The Plague”. That is codename for: you guessed it, Zombies. This game is more about survival than anything. Sure, uncover the mystery behind all of this, but you have to get through 2 weeks. Imagine a town from fallout, except a little less radiated and battered. Now imagine it lifeless, with paper rolling down the street like tumble-weeds. Moving onto… Continue

Game Idea #1: Dark Sector 2

I'm going to start a quick series of my ideas for stand-alone games/sequels. None of these were done on the spot, so I'm going to post them in rapid succession.

DARK SECTOR 2

Story: You’ve made it back to America, (After you killed Mezner, a chopper came) but you are held in quarantine, because they are worried about the infection spreading, but they’re too late. On the news it shows that a small town out of New York has become infected. Turns out that Mezner sent a crate… Continue

Prototype review

Prototype is an open-world action thriller conspiracy. That sentence pretty much sums up the entire game.

First, as always, the good. The action of Prototype, what it's all about, is pretty damn crazy and chaotic. Never too chaotic, just plain chaotic. The number of people on screen is awesome, usually about 100-200 people on screen at one time, all for you to brutally murder with a number of different weapons. The weapons in this game are bad-freakin'-ass, including an extendable… Continue

Red Faction: Guerilla Review

Oh, look! A new Volition game! Great, I'll hopefully get what I expect from the Saints Row developers: Gore, language, drugs and nudity!

Nope. Guerilla is SR's estranged cousin that never liked to hang out with him. This game doesn't stray too far from the Saints Row formula, having you complete side-missions to go onto the next story-related mission, but this game takes itself way more seriously than Saint's Row. The story goes: You are Alec Mason, a simple man from Earth looking to… Continue

Damnation Review

Damn you, Damnation, for making me play that same mining level over and over and over... and over and over... Well. Onto the review. This game is a sort of "What if?" scenario, and the basic story outline is cool, but overshadowed by random weirdness. The game takes place in the Civil War, but in an advanced, Steam-punk age. Halfway through the war, William Prescott introduces new Steam-punk weaponry, and continues the war 40 years after it should've ended.

So, lets start with the… Continue
