SpillDotCon 2011

I know I don't maybe need to write this but I honestly have to give out all my big thanks yous in one huge way. This is straight from my heart. I never bullshit my emotions.

SpillDotCon 2011 is so far the best vacation I have ever had in my life. Spill.com is the community I have been looking for I think maybe my whole life. Just amazing people. I met most these people on Spill, talked to them, added them on Facebook, and well…

Smallville coming to a close.

The television show Smallville was just renewed for a 10th season and what will be its final season. Now being such a big fan of the show I'm both surprised and pleased. Now usually when people see a show go on this long it loses the feeling that once made it great. Well usually its right but with Smallville I think it thrived among its badness. Now I admit there have been periods…

My Praise for "The Invention of Lying" is no lie at all

Reality TV is the best thing EVER!

Alright now that I’ve told you all a complete lie, let me tell you the truth about Ricky Gervais’ new movie “The Invention of Lying”.

Photobucket

Lies are good, lies are bad, lies help make the world go around. But what if there was a world without lies? Where everyone said the truth and what’s… Continue

Robin Williams is the "World's Greatest Dad"

Photobucket

“World's Greatest Dad”. It's usually something some men have on a coffee mug or t-shirt given to them as a birthday, Father's Day, or Christmas gift and is usually given by a family to show their appreciation for the man of the house or usually given to someone who is a horrible father and the gift is therefore a gag. Well whatever way you see the… Continue

Variety announces possible future guest hosts of RAW.

http://www.variety.com/article/VR1118007339.html?categoryid=14&cs=1

Seriously?

Do I want to see these people hosting RAW? Well, let's see:

Bob Barker? Yes, only if he makes the wrestlers play Price Is Right games.

The Rev. Al Sharpton? Yes, just to see how in the hell it would go down.

"Access Hollywood" co-host Nancy O'Dell? No! And never heard of her.

Floyd Mayweather? I hated it when he was around for WrestleMania XXIV. No… Continue

I’m a whore. No not that kind of whore, or a media whore. I mean for pretty much anything spy, espionage, government secret, and/or conspiracy things. Well both I and my dad have a love for those things. Love the James Bond films (need to read the books), think the Jason Bourne films kick all kinds of ass (need to read rest of books), “24” is one my favorite… Continue

Top 25 Batman: the Animated Series episodes.

109 episodes in total and trust me, it wasn’t easy picking a top 25 list to do this blog about. Anybody who knows me knows I’m a big comic book geek and a really big Batman geek. As you can guess, I absolutely adored, loved, and respected Batman: the Animated Series. It is one of the true versions of Batman anyone had ever seen and something anybody of any age can enjoy. A highly visual art style, brilliant voice acting, excellent writing, and… Continue

State of Play is the best film of 2009 so far

I wanna note before I continue, I haven't been able to see "Star Trek", "UP", "Terminator Salvation", or "X-Men Origins: Wolverine" so I can't hold them up as my possible favortie or worst films so far this year. I hope I see them soon.

Newspapers. You remember newspapers right? I've worked on newspapers for four years and currently am now. Well this movie will sure make you remember as it deals with a big mystery as we are on the… Continue

The problem with why so many times my Watchmen review was spammed to you guys

To all my friends on Spill it may seem that I spammed your guys inbox with my review of Watchmen. While it may seem like that it really wasn't me. At the time as I was posting my review my computer was having problems and um well it caused it to be sent out several times but my laptop has been fixed now. Guys this wasn't me. It was my laptop fucking up on me and well If you guys can't understand that then fine.

Watchmen review.

Hey guys. You all know who I am. You know I am a film buff and for the past four years a critic and a huge comic book geek and big Watchmen fan so I figure since many of you who know me here on Spill.com know that I'm writing published reviews for the communtiy college paper I write for right now at the community college I am attending right now. So I figure since you all can't see what will be published, I thought I'll post what I wrote for the paper and post here on Spill for my review. So… Continue

2008: The year of the Bat

Now I thought, I love comic books, I REALLY love Batman comics (I love all the big name comic books people. I love me some Spider-Man, Superman, X-Men, Justic League, Iron Man, and several other comics), and 2008 was a great year for Batman fans. Why not highlight 2008 which indeed was the year of the Bat? So let us begin.

DEATHS:

Heath Ledger

April 4, 1979-January 22, 2008

Played The Joker in The Dark Knight (2008)

Heath Ledger was indeed a great actor. Sure his… Continue

Batman: Dark Victory

Well The Long Halloween was an damn good piece of storytelling, yes I know what I said people and I stand by it, so a sequel series was certainly due to follow and it did. Jeph Loeb and Tim Sale bring back many memorable villains and some familiar characters from The Long Halloween for the follow up, Batman: Dark Victory. Here Batman gets a little… Continue

My review of "The Curious Case of Benjamin Button"

Aging. Its a natural part of life of coruse. Starting out as a baby, growing to a kid, then a teenager, then an adult, moving on to being an elderly person, and then we die. That's life.

Unless you are Benjamin Button of course. You do the oppiosite. You age backwards. Thus be the plot of one of the most original and innovative movies in years and one of the movies to make me tear up multiple times.…

Apology about my Watchmen rant.

Anyone who read my rant about 20th Century Fox winning the disturbiting rights to "Watchmen" and thought i was too mad or bitching about it, I am truly sorry to have pissed you off. I've been under a lot of stress lately with the holidays, loss of sleep, and recently injuring one of my feet. I just needed to get all my anger out of me and vent it and my rant on Fox getting "Watchmen" was my way of getting the anger out and venting. I apologize to anyone who got upset or mad at my rant. I am… Continue

Top ten movie car chases

Hey car chases are awesome! We all know it. Now in movies some car chases are so unbelieveable! So that's why I present the ten best car chases in move history. (In my mind though.)

10. Terminator 2: Judgment Day

Now looking at Robert Patrick is pretty scary in anything he's in. (Namely here in Terminator 2) But put him in a semi truck chasing after you, with the top of the truck ripped off, I'd shit my pants! Well here he's chasing after John Connor (Edward Furlong) is running… Continue
