The Clone Wars
At first seems like a marketing device to attempt to kids with new characters,
who have no place within Canon and childish nicknames.
But as it's developed it's proven to be a better version of Episode 1 and 2
In this our 51st episode of the Braingasm Podcast we gave Cesca the night off so that we could focus on one of our favourite shows. NBC’s Chuck. Denis Mcelwaine (@den1981) took Cesca’s spot and he and Ben Whipps had a nice conversation
We began as we do every week with Ben commenting on how Cesca would have responded to his intro had she been there.
Following that we skipped WBFYV, but we did cut our teeth on a nice and easy discussion of the show…Continue

Along with all the giant comic book-y, sci-fi-y popcorn fare this year, one of the films I am most looking forward to is Ben Affleck's 'Argo.' I'll admit that when I first heard Affleck was getting into directing a few years ago, I laughed heartily. But so far, the guy has a perfect win streak with me. I really liked both…Continue
In this our 50th episode of the Braingasm Podcast we are joined by no one as everyone that we knew was already on the live episode last week. So Ben Whipps and Cesca Santa decided to do a nice easy solo show for your listening enjoyment.
We began as we do every week with Ben thanking everyone for making the 1 year anniversary as successful as it was. In all seriousness, we couldn't have done it without you guys.
After that we talked a bit…

Now that things seem to be fully rolling on James Bond's next adventure 'Skyfall,' it seems only fitting that a major omission from the new franchise would be addressed. What omission, you ask? Just where in blue…Continue
Cartoon Network, a name that most look to in disappointment now a days, first the cancellation of Toonami then the betrayal of the name of the network by having completely live action shows. But after tonight I can actually say CN isn't all that bad anymore, but they do do some stupid crap at times(Level up!, which would be a animated movie, CG or Tradational then live action), also they have pulled some weird crap in terms of scheduling(Young Justice's "mid season" break) and…Continue

You'll have to forgive your John Q Popcorn friends who almost certainly haven't heard anything about this 2010 Norwegian found footage film. They don't live on the internet movie sites like we do.…Continue

That's right you heard it here first! Apparently for the last couple years Ben Affleck has been working on a script and it has sort of turned into a dream project!
In a recent interview in my backyard after leaving bait of hot pockets and pizza rolls I was finally able to attract Ben Afleck to my…Continue
Summary: If you are like me, one of the greatest days of your life was the day you discovered "The Winnebago Man", a compilation of outtakes from a promotional video gone horribly awry. The reason for the brilliance of the video is a man named Jack Rebney, a man who forgot his lines, mercilessly harassed the crew, and commented on the idiotic nature of his own dialogue. After recovering from the epidemic of laughter that swept through…Continue
Dear sweet wonderful people, or something of sorts, here comes my second entry into this thing that I will try to keep going with. Still a few weeks/months away form establishing an actual home base for this, so for now, this is it... well this and my Word Press. We'll see... In any case, here is me shooting the shit about some of the stuff in my world this week. Thanks for all who tuned in, and even more so those who commented, I love feeling…Continue
