Mark Hamill To Retire As The Joker!

Source: Maxie Zeus,Toonzone.net

Mark Hamill says he is retiring from playing the Joker after recording the character for the videogame Arkham Asylum 2, IGN reports.

This is not the first time the actor, who first essayed the Clown Prince of Crime for Batman: The Animated Series, has said he is quitting the part, but he is emphatic: "This will be my last, there's no question about that. But it's the last hurrah."

Hamill told of his decision in an interview… Continue

1989: My Top Ten Favorite Movies By Year

Between Glory, Do The Right Thing & Driving Miss Daisy, I guess movies addressing the issue of racism seem to be the dominant theme of this year's tep ten list.

1989 also introduced the Dark Knight Detective as a serious & legitimate property for film. Comicbook nerds experiencing non-sexual hard-ons must've been running rampant in theatres that year.

Runners up:

15. Look Who's Talking

14. Indiana Jones &… Continue

Green Lantern Casting

With all do respects to everyone else. I agree that the first GL movie needs to be an origin story wih Hal Jordan. However, if they were to do one with John Stewart, the best man for he role, wihout a doubt is Michael Jai White. This guy has been looked over for many roles, but would make the best black superhero right now. He has the physique and some pretty good acting skills (they have improved since Spawn).

Milo Boyd (Gerard Butler), a down-on-his-luck bounty hunter, gets his dream job when he is assigned to track down his bail-jumping ex-wife, reporter Nicole Hurly (Jennifer Aniston). Iron Man 2 Review

This was an awesome sequel. I loved all of the new characters and how they were portrayed. Mickey Rourke did an excellent job as the supervillain Whiplash. This version of Whiplash was awesome, because of the fact that they used elements from the Crimson Dynamo and the fact that his live action look is so original. I thought Whiplash's pet Cockatoo was an…

Star Trek: First Contact: Well-Crafted Sci-Fi

There is commonly held belief among a lot of Star Trek fans that the films are consistently hit-and-miss, with the odd-numbered films doing poorly and the even-numbered ones being the only good ones.

While I partially disagree with this statement in regards to the lesser

films, Star Trek: First Contact, the eight in the franchise,

certainly lives up to its number, executing not only a solid science

fiction…

Lost Finale Theories - its still science

Okay this is a repost from a Thread on Lost that i'm putting here because i'd like to keep it and so anyone interested can find it easily:

Okay so here are my two cents on the finale. First time putting them into words so this is going to be rough. Firstly i will note that i did

in fact LOVE the finale and as a man of Science and mystery lover i had

no problem with it. I thought the show laid PLENTY of clues as to what

happened on the Island and mythology and… Continue
