funny story about my DVD collection. i was taping all of next gen of the new tnn on VHS i had it worked out and i was down to 9 episodes to go when i saw the first commercial "Buy star trek the next generation today on DVD" it pissed me off at the time but now i cant imagine what those VHS tapes wold have looked like on a hd screen
its sad but the only star trek movie i saw the day it came out was nemesis and there were like 7 people in the audience. Then in 09 i went to see trek and it was showing on 9 screens and our showing was packed. it just didn't feel like i was going to see trek but man did it blow me away.
