Yes, it totally is worth picking up the rest of the Ultimate Spider-Man comics. Why, you ask when you know you'll hate the end? Well, for one thing, it's not the end, they're just rebooting the numbering and in some way, the character will continue. Two, comics aren't like books and movies, even the best books have horrible runs on them and then eventually someone else comes along and does a great run again. USM had one helluva a long and great run and is totally worth it.

Glad you liked the Doc Doom gag, Drew. That was fun.

As for your editing software problem, you should go with Adobe Premiere Elements 7. It's not the best, by any means, but you can get the job done and it's relatively cheap (about $80 US, if I'm not mistaken). User friendly, moderately versatile, and waaaay cheaper than Premiere, Final Cut, Vegas, etc.

Yes, sir. Now is the perfect time to do it.

Yeah, our effects shots didn't work out, so we're switching gears. Kind of at a crossroads. I'm polishing some new scripts and new versions of old scripts so we can decide what we want to do.

Then there's another short comedy I hope to shoot in the next month or so.

Along with a few other surprises that will be announced on a LEOG quite soon, I'm sure. :)

Howdy, Drew. Really, the only way to get your films made is to just do it. I know that sounds absurdly simple, but it's only your own drive that will make it happen. Requires a *lot* of discipline, time, money, etc.

When we did our first one, we just sat down, looked at what resources we had (places, people, equipment, etc) and figured out what we could do with that. Some people will advise against it, but I wrote the script around that. First and foremost, your script has to be *solid*. And to make it easier, have very few locations and characters. Spielberg also has said to keep your story simple for your first outing. If that helps . . .

yeah some zombie movies can be dissapointing. i would only watch a zombie film if the plot is intresting and they do something new with it so it won't be boring.
