So you didn't want to address anything I said about Spiderman 2, and the whole basis of your argument against 3 is "this was %$# ridiculous!" or "that was @#$& stupid" without explaining why.
And here I was afraid answering your question was going to be a waste of time.
* There is no way Spider-Man could (let alone would) lose his powers because his life was "hard". IT'S ALWAYS BEEN HARD! And that's not at all the way psychosymatic disorder works.
* Doc creates a small sun, not in a lab but in his loft with no shielding. WTF???
* WHY would he even build arms with the ability to take over his brain on purpose???
*Doc Oc robs a bank...WHY?? To steal money to buy more lab equipment (via his checking account or eBay?)...WHY DIDN'T HE JUST STEAL THE EQUIPMENT??
* You don't inherit the title of CEO in a publicly traded corporation
* Harry slaps Peter in the face...TWICE. Once? Sure., but twice? Hellooooo- Spider-sense.
* Spider-man, who's strong enough to stop a moving train, punches Doc Ock, who is just a normal man, in the face several times and the fight keeps going. One hit should've crushed his skull if not sent it flying from his body across Manhattan.
Despite that last ridiculous bit, the subway fight scene was the only thing I liked about SM2...but then SM3 has those kinds of scenes throughout the movie.
And the James Brown strut sequence in the 3 is direct play off the "Raindrops Keep Falling On My Head" bit from 2.

Maybe. Raimi expressed interest in setting us up in a future film. That's why he originally wanted The Vulture and Sandman in Spiderman 3, but we all know how the studio got all arogant and forced him to use Venom instead. We think it's likely that you'll see us. After all they are planning to make 6 Spiderman films.
