I hate viruses. For your computer issues I got 3 tips to clean it all:
1 - Install an antivirus. Avast is free and very efficient.
2 - Install an antimalware. Malwarebytes Anti-Malware is license free
3 - Install an antispyware. Superantispyware or Spybot are free. Choose one of them.
Run (can last long) and .... tada! Normally, in the end your harddrive will have recovered for good.
