Egyptian muslim, born in Brighton, England in 1981 then moved to Egypt in 1988 until 2007, lived in the UK in November 2007 until October 2010.

I have a B.A in Mass Media (Cinema studies to be specific) and Script Writing was speciality subject.

I was also among the crew assisting American multimedia journalist and filmmaker and former executive producer of documentaries for CNN/TBS, Craig Duff on an enviromental documentary titled Wadi Digla about an Egyptian enviromental preserve called Degla Valley (Wadi Degla) sponsored by the American University In Cairo.

Smallville: Final Thoughts

Stan Lee's Heroman Anime Project Slated To Air In April





Heroman, the anime collaberation between comic legend Stan "The Man" Lee, Japanese publication company Square-Enix and Japanese animation studio Bones has been slated to air on Japan's TV Tokyo. No plans have been given for an American release but it looks good, the manga adaptation is already in publication with 3 issues released so far by Square-Enix.

Radical Comics Halts Publication Of Comic By Gene Simmons' Son Due To Plagiarism Accusations

Radical Comics, in response due to plagiarism accusations announced on its official blog that it would be halting distribution and production of mini-series "Incarnate" from Nick Simmons, son of KISS bassist Gene Simmons until the matter is resolved between all concerned parties.

Sony: The Karate Kid’ scores big with test audience



THE KARATE KID remake, starring Jaden Smith and Jackie Chan, has garnered the second highest test score among research audiences in studio history according to Sony Pictures. The top scorer remains Will Smith’s 2005 comedy HITCH. The results of the research were revealed by the studio to Entertainment Weekly.

kudos, for mentioning good ol' anime classics in the animation movie blog. i'm curious as to how you were able to keep up with comics and manga etc. while living in egypt. i'm not surprised anime was one of our first introductions to animation, bieng born in indonesia pretty much grew up on doraemon and crayon shin chan.

living in dubai, only recently has standard manga and american comics become common in bookstores here. so it's interesting that you were able to keep up with comics in egypt.
