This is too creepily similar to be just a coincidence.
The whole layout of text, the water fall, the placement of the actor/silhouet, both of them having a bow on the same side of their back are nearly identical, not to mention the similar plots.
Even Mirror Mirror and Snow White & The Huntsman looked like different, but this could be two posters for the exact same movie

Pretty interesting comparison considering the After Earth poster was just released. However, I'd say it's more along the lines of a generic, predictable M. Night disappointment because everything about Oblivion looks marginally better judging from both trailers. It might not be Oscar material, but damn does After Earth look bland and uninteresting for them even having similar baseline premises.
