what do you think about the last few ep of community? -_-
Hey Leon, I know I'm late for the Hunger Games Q&A, both for the main page and LEOG, but in your opinion who is the greater of two evils in the series. President Snow or President Coin? And why?
Hey Leon, me and my dad are coming down to Austin to visit UT in about a week. Two questions: what's the public transportation like in Austin, and what are some good hotels/restaurants/hangouts that are kinda near the UT campus?
How do you do how do (or can) you do shading (in varying degrees) when your inking in a comic when you don't have a computer that can, outside of cross hatching?
If you haven't done so by now, collect Fury MAX.
I'm going to be bold and say this title (if it's not prematurely canceled or messed with) will be BETTER than Punisher MAX.
It's Ennis back to what he does best, telling war stories. The first arc is about how Fury gets a reality check during the collapse of Indochina into Cambodia, Vietnam, and Laos. Pretty much the rules of war have changed since WWII and this series is pretty much going to explain why Fury becomes that guy who doesn't trust anyone not even his own country. I can't wait for the next arc that deals with Cuba and the Bay of Pigs.
You guys talked about nostalgia in your last podcast. Do you have movies from your childhood/teenage years that you now completely recognize as bad, but can't not like? Is that something you believe most people have? If it is...what is it you think makes that happen?
I have it. A movie like 3 Ninjas, which I loved when I was a kid, now I see and I am like...it's not a good movie...but I still like it...and I don't know why.
Ethan Hunt (Not Really)
PS - Keep up the great work and I hope you had fun at the con.
Where and when do you (usually) post the topics for upcoming LEOG episodes and ask for fan questions?
What was the most distressed you got, learning that a creator (whether it be comic or movie) has passed?
*I don't know if that question is worded correctly, so please forgive me.
Recently I've red the series Crossed and heard it was going to be adapted into a film. Do you think this could work as a film? Who would you want to see direct this film?
Let me know if you would like any signatures or any personal requests at NYCC. BTW sorry about the invite to NY B&V.
As a rule, I never advertised the group but I felt, well it Is my 50th (overall) meet up and it's the end of a streak right after my B-day. I always felt, you should end things on a high note and hand off to the rotation of 5 planners a group that is lively and self-sufficient.
