Wow. I could be here all day. Haha.

Movies I think are must-haves: The Evil Dead, The Exorcist, Shaun of the Dead, Night of the Living Dead, Dawn of the Dead (1978 original), Day of the Dead, Fido, Sleepaway Camp (this is still the only movie to REALLY scare me), Dead Alive (also called Braindead in places outside the US), Friday the 13th (I have the entire series, but its really optional), Halloween (1978), any sort of Classic Movies box set - I have a 50 movie set with old 50s and 60s films, An American Werewolf in London, 28 Days Later (and 28 Weeks Later, if you like it), Suspiria, Tenebre, [REC], Night of the Creeps...

It all really depends on what sort of horror movies you like, but these are the ones I think everyone should own a copy of.

An American Werewolf? never saw that but ill check it out
night of the creeps classic!
i want movies that are scary not the ones where the more blood,nudity and sex there is the better it is
nah i like Halloween the original a hell of a lot better than the remake
the same goes for the friday the 13th remake
i might not go the the new nightmare on elm street remake its 50/50 right now lol

andaverde - you should know me well enough by now to know I don't suggest horror that's drowned in sex, boobs and blood. Dead Alive is an exception to the rule.
