By the look of things, there's going to be another Spiderman film. I quite enjoyed The Amazing Spiderman by my surprise. I thought the movie was going to be meh. Besides the slow start and The Lizard being UNDER USE!!! But besides that I really enjoyed the movie. They already said that their writing a second movies as we speak, so the million dollar question is, who will be the villian?

Now they can go many different ways in the second movie. I think if they keep going with cross-species route we might see The Rhino and/or The Scorpion in the film. This part will talk about the ending! Or if you stayed after the credits you saw Connor talking to a man in the shadows. I think it could be Norman Osborn, which would take the Batman route and show you the next villian. Or this could be a split personality of Connors that could take over and we see The Lizard again. Some say it could be a unknown member of the Sinister Six. This would be very very unlikely since Spiderman just came into the picture so he wouldn't all these enemies already. Also since The Lizard wasn't apart of the original Sinister Six. This makes it  even more unlikely.

They could be taking the Christopher Nolan and saving the most iconic Villian for the second movie. If they do we might finally see Vemon in a GOOD Spiderman movie. Sorry Spiderman 3, Vemon was more like Carnage then Vemon. If they plan on having Vemon in the third movie. I hope that they at least set it up at the end of the second one. If they go with Green Goblin, I see Gwen Stacy kicking the bucket since it was the Green Goblin who killed her. This is all in theroy. So who do you think will be the next villian?

It'll Be Green Goblin

but not this green goblin

But a Norman Osborn trying to find a cure to his disease which leads to the development of a serum that turns him into this Green Goblin

So we're going to have a colossal green monster in the next movie when we had a colossal green monster in the first one?

...Genius!

I KNOW!!!!

or perhaps a combination of the two Goblins to where he wont be so big BUT Ultimate Green Goblin fits with the world this movie set up as far as how he work, and Goblin doesn't have a tail and flies so yeah and i bet Gwen dies and we get MJ introduced in this film and will be the main love interest in ASM 3

...You do realize that I'm pointing out your speculation as being completely asinine, right?

Just because the first movie of a series has a distinct and visually memorable-looking character or object doesn't mean that they have an excuse to do it again with a different name without making it look stupid and out-of-place.

That's like replacing Darth Vader in The Empire Strikes Back with another villain who has a helmet, a breathing apparatus, and an all-black outfit.

yes i realize that but still you have to admit my theory is a plausible possibility and you know The Goblin is going to be some where in this series AND there already going a route that is in some ways similar to Nolan's Batman movie, besides its just a thought no need to get angry

I've believed in Norman Osborn/the Green Goblin being in this franchise from the very start, as I thought it was painfully obvious that the people behind the reboot wouldn't pass up the opportunity to re-introduce Spider-Man's archenemy back onto the big screen.

What I don't believe for a second, though, and what your stupid ass doesn't seem to grasp is that anyone (hopefully) in their right mind behind the making of future Spider-Man films would not use that depiction of the Green Goblin, as it would be the exact same thing as watching the Lizard in The Amazing Spider-Man.

Let me break it down in simplest terms for you:

The Amazing Spider-Man villain: hulking green monster.
The Amazing Spider-Man sequel villain: hulking green monster.

Does that sound the least bit entertaining or interesting?

okay there's no need to be rude okay, all i am saying is while it doesn't have to look like the Ultimate Green Goblin from the comics my THEORY is that Norman will inject himself with a serum that turns him into a green goblin similar to the ultimate universe and he doesnt have to be a hulking green monster, and you Can make that look totally different from the Lizard.

I'd rather have seen you say that sooner and in a more coherent manner.

Thanks for wasting my time.

Third one will have the Hulk so we get an Avengers Tie-in.

Wouldn't happen since this is done by Sony. I don't know if your joking or being serious,

as a heart attack
