If it's crap ... We'll tell you
"going to see animated batman movies" should have been "going to see an animated batman movie"
That's exactly the movie I remember. Looking at the IMDB page it actually has a positive review. For nostalgia alone it may be worth watching again.
FUCK YOU, SCIENCE!!
Senna- I never knew I could be a racing fan. Senna has a great story with visuals to match; the first person racing scenes really had me on the edge of my seat. It turns out that a few minutes of mounted camera footage from the late '80s is more exciting than all of the "Fast and the Furious" movies combined. Highly recommended to anyone who can get behind a good sports movie.
The Boxer's Omen (1983). just your average tale of ch'an buddhism and someone being sewn inside a crocodile for ressurrective purposes, i recommend this to those who know me. Highest Full Price.
Saw a clip. What means of divination do you use to seek out such cinematic awesomeness? Waiting for a copy of Bewitched but didn't know about this one.
i concur Lab, i was there to bear witness to the cinematic awesomeness of 'the boxers omen' and it truely is a thing of wonder. starts off as a lovely tale of revenge (Bollo breaks the protagonists brothers back in a boxing match) then descends into unbriddled lunacy without batting an eyelid, it does however come back to the revenge aspect if only briefly before more insanity splatters the screen. btw the chase scene with a monk, a big hammer and a bat skeleton made me so happy to be alive to witness such beauty. as your attourney i advise you to see this at once!
From the bits of footage I saw it left me thinking this was a glimpse into an alternate universe where Jodorowsky directed Kickboxer 2: The Road Back.
No offense to Pyun, who I love dearly.
on the disc were abot 12 Shaw bros trailers including this one which I MUST HAVE NOW
one guilty pleasure i used to have was the original mighty morphin power rangers (the pink one did it for me) but this looks better by a big margin.
but also another 12 random trailers from over there from the time and a few gaga ones that deserve a viewing too
ya dancer! cheers loon
Sound, looks cuckoo enough!!
Ha hahaha good call, Bewitched is the 1st apparently (TBO is a "sort of" sequel....) I've just always gravitated towards odd films...Lemora, 5000 Fingers of Dr T, Desperate Living etc. for me it's the joy of discovering something that makes me reevalute the very core of my being haha. Am hopefully finally getting to see Zombie Flesh Eaters at the cinema in August, that i can't wait for....the splinter in the eye especially.....
