I made my first serious film a little while ago and so far very few people have seen it. And those who have, aren't very film savvy. So i'm wondering what you guys think about it. What could I do to improve on my direction.

Just keep in mind two things, 1. We weren't able to afford good audio equipment. And 2. He was the best actor I could find around.

Thank's man. I went through a phase just like that when I was about 13-14.

And Creep seemed like the perfect choice.

I actually initially shot the movie that way. But yes. Without a wide angle lens it looked in no way right. I decided to use shaky camera to give it a more documentary style feeling. More of a POV style.
if i could make a suggestion, if u wanted to use kinetic camera movement (shakey cam), use a weighed down tripod instead of ur hands. i mean, it looked real good, but watchin the camera shake too much is a personal pet peeve of mine as a director.
Like a stedicam?
Eh. I used a JVC Everio to shoot this little diddy. But I'm upgrading to a Canon t2i in a little bit so I guess I'll taping my tripod later.
I'm bumping in a obvious attempt at more criticism.
