If it's crap ... We'll tell you
... And I like it! :)
The guy has been steady grinding for years in smaller indie flicks. I even remember watching him when he was in the Australian soap "Neighbors".
The guy is well over due a big payday. Hope this turns into a franchise. Looks like good clean dumb fun.
It looks interesting, the action looks good and the special effects look quite decent. I just cringed during the trailer when they described his character as "a lose cannon". Can't we describe mavericks without using cliched terms? Still it looks like it could be a sleeper hit.
"Can't we describe mavericks without using cliched terms?"
Like calling them mavericks?
How else are they supposed to describe this tough-as-nails renegade bad boy?
He's a man who plays by his own rules.
Back to avenge his brother, with a vengeance!!
Looks like Escape From L.A. and Fortress 2 had a baby that was given up for adoption and raised by David Twohy.
But I'm in.
It might be a fun action movie, but the narration at the beginning didn't do it any favors.
He's one of my favorite actors today, though this isn't a sellout. Actors need throw away gigs like this to keep alive, and this is akin to his experimenting and hoping it gets lucky, like Liam Neeson's new action guy trend. Also, did you guys forget Guy Pearce was in that brilliant Adam Sandler flick, Bedtime Stories?
Believe me, I've tried to forget.
When did our movies' '"Loose cannons" become such pussies?
