I wouldn't, for a couple reasons. First of all, that movie will probably suck, so it will seriously undermine future batman movies. Second, the entire Batman/Superman combination's reasoning is totally out of line with the way chris nolan has taken the movies, and so if you won't really see the same batman, why have the same guy play that Batman?

I would want Bale. But I would want him to play a 'smaller' part. Sort of like Brando did for Godfather.
Highly important, but overall he's not the 'main' character of the movie, even with his important scenes.
